How it works
A small bridge between your calendars
Pick what RCal may read, choose where copies should go, and let the menu-bar app keep them aligned.
Choose a destination
Use a dedicated writable calendar. Choose iCloud if you want the mirrored schedule to appear on your iPhone.
Choose detail
Mirror full event details, titles and times only, or privacy-first “Busy” blocks with no meeting content.
Work-data reminder: copying a managed work calendar into a personal account may conflict with your employer’s policy. Check that policy first; use Busy blocks when content must not leave the managed calendar.
Made for the menu bar
Quiet when everything is working.
RCal runs only while your Mac is awake. Open it when you need status, a manual sync, or settings; otherwise it stays out of the way.
Safe ownership
RCal tags its own copies and never edits or removes events it did not create.
